- The commission of $500 per contract/color selection as a draw towards the job.
- Training and support provided.
- Ability to climb ladders and effectively inspect roofs.
- Commission of the net total + additional 6%

- Ability to properly estimate and close deals.

- Access to Canvas Team: A team of D2D will work in your area scheduled by GSM.
- Access to company leads.
- Ability to write estimates, order materials, and manage jobs on site.
- Graduation to LPM Role: Once the general sales manager determines that a PM is ready for a lead project manager role, they will graduate to a LPM.
- Opportunity to lead and grow a team.
- The lead project manager will be compensated a commission on the net total over the team they manage.
