Roof Inspections
During your inspection, we will determine whether a roof replacement is necessary. If it isn’t, we’ll let you know—the golden rule is our #1 policy. We’re here to provide exactly the services you need, and we aren’t here to upsell you on unnecessary extras.
We’ll have a conversation with you about any issues we discover. If only basic repairs are needed, we’re happy to provide them, using craftsmanship that will last. If a full roof replacement is called for, we’ll oversee the entire process with you—from filing an insurance claim to cleaning up every last nail when the project is finished.

Of course, we know that many roof replacement worries start with the cost. That’s why True Home offers free estimates and flexible financing options. We will also work with you to handle insurance companies, doing everything we can to make affording a new roof feasible for your family. Most of our roof replacement customers only have to pay the cost of their insurance deductible for their new roof—around $500.
